Warranty

FoamTiles.com soft foam tile products include a one year limited warranty. We guarantee our products under normal conditions of use and will replace or refund the cost of the product at no additional charge to the customer. This warranty does not apply to splicing and/or tearing of the foam flooring from the use of spikes, high heels, and or any other heavy and/or sharp objects used on the tiles and /or mats. FoamTiles.com is not responsible for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the soft tiles and will not cover any installation costs relating to a warranty issue.

Furthermore, when placing a foam mat or interlocking soft tile into service, be certain that the floor is free of dirt and debris in order to prevent any slippage and possible injury. FoamTiles.com will not be liable for any injury resulting from failure to follow proper housekeeping procedures or for users who use the tiles in any manner that may be deemed unsafe. Frequent cleaning under the tiles / mats and of the top surface of the EVA foam floor covering products is also required to maintain warranty and a safe environment.

Inspect your shipment before Use

It is the receiver’s duty to inspect the visible portions of the product at the time of delivery and upon opening any and all packages containing the order. If damage is found upon receipt from carrier, please contact FoamTiles.com immediately to notify our customer support team of the issue before any installation or use of the product takes place. Once a product is cut to fit, used, glued or taped down, damage will be assumed to have been caused during the installation process and therefore, we cannot provide replacements to you free of charge. You will be responsible for any replacement costs.

If a product is unused and found to be damaged upon delivery, our customer support team will typically request that you take some pictures of the damaged product and email the pictures to our team at contact@foamtiles.com. Upon receipt of the pictures, our team will then work out a plan of action with the customer to fix the problem as soon as possible.

All orders will be shipped using common carrier freight or small package carriers like Fed Ex or UPS at our discretion. The trucking companies who will be delivering your goods only deliver during normal business hours. To make it as convenient for our customers as possible, we have made all 24 hour call notices fees, lift gates delivery fees, and residential delivery fees free of charge if the order is large enough to require an LTL freight carrier.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 states. For shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact FoamTiles.com for a shipping quote that will be added to the order in question.

You should assume that all logos, text, graphics, button icons, etc. are all either copyrighted or trademarked except otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these terms and conditions. In the event that a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical, or other error, FoamTiles.com shall it its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct, and/or remove the inaccurate information.
