What is the best way to sanitize these mats? Is there a cleaner that will not ruin the mats?

The best way to sanitize our Home Cheer Mats - Custom Cut is to use our Gym Cleaner / Disinfectant. This disinfectant is safe to use on all of our products and will not stain them.

Can I use a carpet cleaner on these carpeted cheer mats?

Yes, Cheer Mats can be cleaned with carpet cleaner. The carpeted surface is made from synthetic materials and cleans very easily.
Is this the same form you use on your shock-absorbing pads that go under artificial turf for outdoor playgrounds? Wondering if I can assume the fall impact ratings would be the same (i.e., ~ 5 feet for a 2-inch thick pad).

Our Home Cheer Mats do not use the same foam as the pads used under our turf products. Our Home Cheer Mats are not fall height rated.
How do you keep the mats from moving around/slipping on the existing flooring?

To keep the mats in place, we recommend using our mat tape.
