Position Description
As the IncStores Connection Center Support Specialist, you will Provide daily support for our Connection Center and Customers in a multitude of ways. You will own the process of all customer reimbursements whether for returns, customer satisfaction refunds, damage claim refunds or full order cancellations.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for non and escalated customer inquiries, gathering information to successfully assigned support tasks.
- Own the role and hold people accountable to follow proper processes in regard to determining customer refunds; whether for returns, customer satisfaction refunds, or full order cancellations.
- High attention to detail to record transactions accurately and thoroughly by utilizing proprietary checklists to accurately complete assigned tasks open cases, along with the detailed step by step recording, or the resolution of owned cases.
- Intermediate math skills needed to manage cancellation, partial refund, replacements, returns, and inventory adjustments requests by utilizing available information sources to ensure all requirements are met to accurately process all assigned transaction tasks.
- Write clearly, concisely, and precisely; the ability to write well and convey information to the intended audience in an easily understood manner.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with Accounting, internal associates, carriers, and manufacturers when necessary to complete assigned requests.
- Provide and process required documentation and reports to accurately record and track all transactions.
- Account management, writing documentation, updating, and maintaining our knowledge database, participation in meetings, and Quality Assurance.
- Follow established service quality standards and meet established schedule adherence standard of 95% or above, based on your assigned daily schedule.
- Serve as an advocate and set the example of “living” IncStores core values & cultural norms.
